The Warning To Check The Camera Connection Comes Out.

Turn the power off completely and then on again.

The Main Unit Generates Heat.

< Conceptual and Functional description>

PLY Helmet contains electrical devices with a battery built in it, so when it operates, the user may feel some heat.

The Main Unit Does Not Work and Key Buttons Do not Work.

1. Open the battery slot and completely disconnect the battery, then reconnect after 5 minutes.

2. Insert the SD card after formatting it, or replace it with a new SD card.

Speaker Does Not Make Sounds.

1. Check the speaker is set to silent in the app.

2. Check the volume of the mobile phone is set to low or silent.

The Power Does Dot Turn Off.

When the power is on, press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds to turn off the power.

The Power Is On and Off and Repeats.

Check if the power button is pressed.


** If the same situation persists, contact the supplier and get an A/S.


Video Recording Does Not Start.

​<Check List>

1.  Make sure the helmet is turned on.

2.  Check the battery charge status.

     -  If the battery level is less than 15%, recording will not start.

3.  Recording does not start in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth mode.

     -  Exit Wi-Fi or Bluetooth mode, and start recording.

4.  Check if there is SD card in the helmet and if it works properly.

5.  Check the storage space of the SD card or  SD card setting.

     -  In manual delete mode, when there is not enough space on the SD card while recording a video, it stops recording.

         On the other hands, in auto delete mode, if the storage space of the SD card is not enough, it deletes from the oldest files and keep recording.

     -  Insert SD card with remaining recording space or change SD card setting
